WHY SURFACE CARE FALLS SHORT
The problem isn't where you can reach it.
Odor doesn't come from the surface. It comes from bacteria breaking down urine residue and organic material that has settled into the infill, below where a hose reaches. Rinsing pushes water through the turf. It doesn't extract what's in there.
Fragrance is not treatment. Products that make turf smell better for a few days do nothing to the bacteria producing the smell. When the fragrance fades, the odor is still there, because its source never left.
Removal has to come first. Decomposing leaves, seed pods and pet hair trapped in the fibers hold moisture and feed bacteria. Treating turf without removing that material first is treating a surface that still has the cause sitting underneath it.
Turf is a layered system. Deep cleaning removes the buildup that traps odor and bacteria so the full system can breathe again — clean and sanitized from the fibers down.

Infill Replenishment
Infill supports the turf blades, helps maintain stability and allows water to move through the system. Certain specialty infills may also help address odor or surface heat. If cleaning reveals low or compacted infill, we can recommend replenishment—but only when it will benefit your turf.

Weed Removal
Many turf-owners are surprised when they see weeds popping up between their turf blades. For heavy growth or widespread weeds that require additional time and attention, we offer weed removal as an add-on service. We’ll assess the extent of the growth and confirm any additional cost with you before proceeding.
We evaluate your turf honestly.
Some turf has been neglected too long, or was installed in a way that limits what any cleaning can achieve. Worn-out fibers don't come back. Base, seams and severe drainage problems aren't cleaning problems.
We'll tell you that before we start. Our background is in turf installation, which means we can tell the difference between turf that needs cleaning and turf with a problem underneath it — and we'd rather explain what's actually happening than sell you a service that won't deliver what you're hoping for.

For yards with dogs, recurring Deodorizing & Sanitizing Treatments help manage new residue and odor between deep cleanings. Your yard may benefit from this service weekly to monthly depending on how heavily pets use the turf.
A quality turf installation runs $10–15+ per square foot. Annual professional cleaning costs a small fraction of what it would take to replace it.
