WHEN THE SMELL RETURNS QUICKLY

Freshness shouldn't have to wait until your next deep cleaning.

Pet urine can crystallize around turf fibers and become more noticeable as temperatures rise.  This treatment adds targeted odor and sanitation support between deep cleanings. Scheduled as often as your turf needs it — weekly for multi-dog yards, monthly for most — so a pet yard stays a place you actually want to sit in.

What this treatment does—
and what it doesn't

Treating isn't the same as removing.

This treatment targets odor-causing bacteria and contaminants within the turf. What it can’t do is extract the decomposing organic material and pet hair where residue continues to accumulate—that requires mechanical extraction and a turf-system washout.

If your turf has never had a professional cleaning, or it's been a long time, treatment alone will help but won't get you all the way there. Deep Cleaning & Turf Renewal removes the material first, then treats what's left. From there, routine treatments keep it that way.

MAINTENANCE THAT MATCHES YOUR YARD

More use may call for more frequent odor care.

One dog in a lightly used yard and several dogs in a sun-exposed run do not need the same schedule.  We'll help you choose a frequency that keeps the space sanitized and enjoyable without over-servicing it.

WEEKLY

Heavy-use dog areas & commercial spaces

BIWEEKLY

Frequent residential use or warmer seasons

MONTHLY

Routine residential odor maintenance
